He works closely with buyers, sellers, storage operators, and legal partners to reduce transaction risks and support clients facing contractual breaches, fraudulent schemes, and non-performance disputes in global energy markets.

Sophie oversees transaction verification, counterparty screening, refinery nominations, and storage facility assessments. She assists clients in identifying credible suppliers, validating documentation, and conducting comprehensive due diligence before high-value petroleum transactions proceed.

David Vermeer

Founder & Managing Director

David oversees strategic client engagements involving petroleum transactions, refinery coordination, and storage verification projects. He works closely with international buyers, sellers, legal advisors, and industry stakeholders to structure secure transactions, conduct commercial due diligence, and mitigate operational risks.
